Shipping

In-stock items will ship within 48 hours of recieving the order. In most cases 24 hrs. Quikstrike products are made to order and ship between 5-10 days of receiving the order unless specified otherwise.

We recommend calling your local post office and tell them your tracking number. They will have more information. If your package is lost let us know and we can process a claim.

After you've placed the order you can send us an email and ask nicely, or make a note in your order requesting a local pick up.

All NF products are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia

Returns & Exchanges

We do not currently offer free return shipping labels on changes of heart, changes of size, or international orders.

We have two options. 1: You can send back your current item and once we receive it, we can send out the replacement. 2: The quicker option is that you can order your new item online then we can send the refund on the original purchase once we've receive them in our warehouse.

Depending on the amount of wear we will offer you UP TO 40% off the original retail price of your product in store credit.

Shoot us an email with detail photos of your product and any damage. We will respond with an offer and then you then wash your gear and send it to us. Upon recieving your gear we will send out your gift card to be used online.

Although we make our gear last for as long as possible, sometimes the stoke doesn’t last that long. By being able to trade in your old gear, we keep unwanted pieces out of the landfill while being able to offer our customers a lower priced option as well as unique and one of a kind items to fit every style.

We love a good challenge, and we'll do our best to keep it in service, but if we can't fix it we'll find a use for it and give you 10% off a replacement. 

Warranty & Repairs

Blown seams, zippers, delaminated graphics are covered for one year from the date of purchase. If purchased from a shop we'd need a receipt.

SIZING & FIT

Yes, we base our fits on what you'd expect from any North American sportswear brand. If you are still unsure we have two guides; a Comparison Chart, and an Interactive Guide on each product page to help you pick the right size.

We are currently working towards a complete uni-sex fit system. Currently our DP4 pant comes in 10 sizes to really help dial in your fit regardless of gender. For women we added a Low Rise option to our most common sizes that women currently buy (XS and S). All other products have been designed with all genders in mind also, but are still on a 6-size system.

Yes we design our pants, and shorts with the use of kneedpads in mind. Big, bulky old-school knee pads may be a little snug under the pants but should still work.

We have designed our bottoms with this in mind, we say fit your legs, and butt first then use a belt for the waist if needed.

Yes, the pants and shorts are designed to be as aero as possible for racing, but technically everyone will fit two sizes in our bottoms. Follow the guide for a slim fit, or size up for a relaxed fit.

not currently, we only offer tall sizes in Medium and Large. We can add extensions for a fee.

Dealer Inquiries can be submitted on our contact us form. We are slowly expanding our dealer network as we want to make sure we stay true to our roots while in the process. Top quality gear, ethical manufacturing, environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction take precedence over pumping out more product.

SPONSORSHIP & PRO FORMS

We love supporting like minded riders reach their goals in all aspects of the sport. If you think you have the race results, style or unique idea we want to hear from you. Things to include if applicable: Rider Resume, Race Results, Social Media Handles, Goals for upcoming year/projects, what type of support you require.

Our current production setup does not provide us with the capacity to fulfil many of these requests. If you have a unique idea we would love to hear about it but are not accepting any new custom orders at this time. Please submit requests to "Sponsorships" on our contact form.

Due to limited production of our gear we do not have a standardized pro-deal application form and review these requests on a individual case basis. We currently only offer discounts to bike shop employees that are Authorized NF dealers. To request a pro-deal discount please submit your request to submit to "pro-deal" department on our contact form. Things to include: Company Name, Position, Proof of employment (company email is acceptable) etc.
