HOW MUCH WILL I GET?
You will receive up to 50% of the value of the returned item based on the condition of the returned item. Typical range is between 20-40%.
WHAT HAPPENS TO IT?
We will repair, repurpose, or recycle all returned goods to the best of our ability to limit the amount of textiles being sent to landfills.
WHATS THE CATCH?
You will be responsible for sending the gear back to our headquarters, but you can feel good knowing your gear will be put back into use by another stoked shredder.
WHERE DO I START?
Please email detailed photos of the item(s) through our trade-in section on the contact page. We will reply to you with a preliminary offer and a Trade-In # (TI#). Please do not send it gear without a TI#. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Consideration will be given to items that have an awesome story!
